We write to provide an update regarding the search process for the Dean of the USC Libraries.
The search advisory committee has finalized the position profile, and it is attached here. This is a public document, so feel free to share with your networks broadly.
Second, the committee has reviewed an initial list of preliminary candidates. The pool of candidates will continue to be developed in the coming weeks, and we will be reviewing the full applicant pool and selecting candidates to invite to confidential Zoom interviews at our next meeting. We will continue to provide updates as the search progresses.
